We are a full-service detailing company focusing on Eagle Mountain Utah. With us not being mobile we can offer a better and more affordable cleaning since we don’t have the overhead like the mobile guys do!

That's right! All services require appointments. You can schedule an appointment easily online by clicking the Schedule an Appointment button.

Cars need different amounts of love depending on their size, type, and condition. When you book an appointment, our system will give you an estimated time based on your services and the size of your car. These times are just estimates.

  • No. At your drop off appointment we will access the car and determine a pickup time appointment usually a few hours long.
  • If your need is small and quick, we will usually have you wait while we complete the detail.
  • If you do prefer to wait, there are plenty of walking trails and things to do while we work on your car!

Picture yourself in your vehicle with the doors closed. The interior includes everything you see. Anything outside the car is exterior.

We are a detail company. So you'll be amazed at how clean and shiny we can get your vehicle. But your results will be much better if you maintain and clean your car regularly. For cars that have not been regularly maintained, we may charge you extra to go through an aggressive cleaning. We can’t undo scuff marks, scratches, old stains, baked-in dirt, or other permanent issues.

We strive to keep our prices low. In response to rising gas prices, we need to charge a small gas surcharge. For more information, please contact us.

  • Be sure your car is ready by emptying of all your belongings, picking up extra trash and making sure all areas you want cleaned is pre picked up
  • You can avoid extra charges by making sure all extra dirty areas such as cup holders and floors are pre picked up
  • When you arrive, we will pre-inspect the car, review the charges and begin. Upon completion, we will have you inspect your vehicle. Your detailer will take care of any details you'd like touched up at that time for free.

I wish we could say no. Our vehicle packages are based on an average dirty car. In cases where a car needs extra love, it can take more time to achieve the highest results. But we always take a fair and honest approach.

Our detailers are trained to identify any additional work needed to achieve high standards. If any extra love is required, we’ll let you know before we begin. If you’re wondering about our add-ons, you can find those listed in our various packages.

Yes, we are able to remove pet hair. We have tried many different tools and have found a technique that works well to remove as much hair as possible. Pet hair removal is very time consuming. Please be sure to add this item on when you schedule so we can have time set aside for you

When cars come in that haven’t been well maintained, it takes more effort to get them cleaned. We have been asked to just do what the package includes but we’ve found that by doing this we can’t get the results that will make the customer happy. Aggressive detailing allows us to have more time to pull out additional equipment to do the job right the first time.

Our packages are developed so that the services and prices are balanced. There are some items that are not included in our packages, such as seat belts and belt buckles, cleaning inside compartments, headliner, shampooing crevices, and hard-to-reach spots. If these things are important to you, we offer additional add-ons to help you. For a complete list of excluded items in each package, please refer to our detail packages.

We understand that things come up. We are by appointments only and we can only do so many cars in a day. We arrange our staff in advance to be here in time so we can have the staff needed to complete your detail. Please give us a three-day notice if you need to reschedule. Details about refunds can be found in the refund policy.

  • When we make an appointment with you, we will be ready and have the staff we need to accomplish you detail in a timely manner. We usually try to have a few cars going at the same day/time slot.
  • Depending on how late you will be will determine if we are able to accomplish your detail at the same day.

Refund policy : Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill, leaving our team with down time or even billable work hours without working. To keep our prices competitive, we require upfront deposits for all appointments.

  • If you cancel at least one week before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a full deposit refund.
  • Within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. *If your appointment is booked within 7 days, you still fall under the cancellation policy above.

Missed appointments : If you have not arrived at your scheduled appointment within 15 min of your appointment, this will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be given.

We will refund your deposit and credit you for the estimated time to complete your detail. This is the same rate we would have charged if you missed the appointment.

If we miss our estimated arrival time window, we’ll let you choose one add-on option for free.

After our detailers finish with your car, they'll ask if you're happy with their work. Before we leave, please give us the opportunity to fix anything and everything. It's human nature to miss things, but we have processes in place to double check our own work. A five-star rating is our goal. Please allow us to earn your five-star rating.

Yes, of course! When you sign into your Garage Portal, you'll find before and after images for every car in your garage. You can even share them on Facebook with the hashtag #RallysDetailing. Learn how you can earn a free detail by participating in our referral program.

  • We are not mobile! We have done mobile, and we have found that when we do it in our controlled environment, we can get a better result.

Sometimes. At Rally’s, YES! For the best results, we only buy the best equipment. Other detailers using inexpensive steamers will likely get the same results as using soap and water. At Rally's, we take it one step further. To get you the finest detail in Utah, we spray all surfaces with Inner Clean before using steam. We then steam the surfaces at higher temperatures to break down dirt and grime more efficiently, resulting in a more thorough cleaning.

Yes. Rally's believes in protecting our customers' investments. This is why we have multiple policies in place. Garage keepers is one policy. This policy covers your vehicle as soon as we start working on it until we're done, including any unforeseen damage caused when we're driving, cleaning, or moving equipment around it. We also have a general liability policy to protect you when you do business with Rally's Detailing. Make sure any company you hire has similar policies before allowing them to work on your car. If they don't, your insurance will be billed if damage is caused to your vehicle while it is in their possession.

We only hire top talent. We make sure all our employees are great people who can be trusted with your vehicle. We pay and train our detailers better than industry standards and offer incentives when they do the job correctly the first time. By doing this, our detailers are proud of their work and provide the best detail to our customers.

Yes! While auto car washes are convenient and fast to use, they can cause surface scratches and swirls on your vehicle's paint. Driving results in dirt and contaminants getting into those swirls, leaving the paint dull and damaged. Fortunately, paint correction services can remove swirls in your paint and restore the color and finish so your vehicle shines.
